How much does a website cost?
$2,400 for up to 5 pages, or $4,000 for up to 12. Extra pages are $350. Every website includes your Google Business Profile rebuild and launches in 21 days or it's free.
Do I have to pay it all up front?
No. You can make one monthly payment for 12 months: $325 to $550 a month depending on the website and plan you pick. That payment already includes your monthly plan. In month 13 it drops to $97 or $197.
Will I get two bills from you?
Never. If you pay in full, your monthly plan starts once the site is paid for. If you pay monthly, the plan is already inside that one payment.
Care or Growth. Which one do I need?
Care ($97) keeps your site hosted, backed up, secure, updated, and readable for Google and AI search, with 30 minutes of edits a month. Growth ($197) adds the work that brings in calls: Google Business Profile management, review requests, a new page or article every month, ongoing local and AI search work, and Game Tape, a written report on your calls and form submissions.
Will this help me show up in ChatGPT and AI search?
That's part of every website I build. AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers pull from your website, your reviews, and your Google profile. I structure all three so AI can understand what you do and where you do it. Nobody controls what AI recommends, the same as Google, but these are the things it reads.
How long does it take?
21 days from the day I confirm I have everything on your content checklist: your text, photos, logo, and access to your domain and Google profile. If I miss it, the build is free. The details are in writing in my Terms.
What if I already have a website?
Most of my clients do. Usually it's four or five years old and slow. I rebuild it. You keep your domain and anything worth keeping.
Can I cancel?
After your first 12 months. If you pay in full, those 12 months start the day your site launches. If you pay monthly, your 12 payments are those 12 months. After that it's month to month and you can cancel anytime. You keep everything, and I hand it all over.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google. What I guarantee is the timeline, that you own everything, and that you'll see real numbers every month.
